  • Modernized the agency and rebuilt the creative culture while overseeing the work across the New York, Detroit, and Los Angeles offices.

  • Achieved 16 new business wins in 36 months.

  • Led the GM/OnStar brand transformation from safety to tech and modernized the full-funnel experience, including brand, design, experiences, entertainment, and performance.
